125 homes in peterborough

Large residential development of 125no. homes near Peterborough, consisting of a number of apartment blocks and over hundred 3- and 4-bedrooms homes. Set on the southerly edge of Cygnet Park, these homes were designed in distinct contemporary style and provide lakeside views from their doorstep.

We have been involved in production of all the detailed technical drawings and construction details. We have also re-designed some of the standard house types for this site to provide a more open plan living in typical 3-bedroom properties. We were also tasked with the design of the two types of wheelchair accessible properties that were required on this site, ensuring the layouts are effective and efficient and meet all the stringent space requirements and criteria.
