OVER 200 homes at Alconbury Weald

We have undertaken numerous projects designing residential developments for Morris Homes. A Development of over 100 houses near Huntingdon is one of the projects, with multiple phases and individual styles.

Accommodation ranges from 4-storey blocks of 2-bedroom apartments and high-specification open market detached and semi-detached properties to 5-bedroom executive homes. The size of the development means there are also varying styles across the site, from very contemporary apartment blocks on prominent junctions to more traditional homes further witnin the site.

We provided a range of architectural services for different portions of the site, from detailed technical design, to onsite support and resolution of construction issues. We have also prepared a full construction package for a new range of apartment blocks and standard house types first built at Alconbury but planned for future sites too. These included feature brick details and balconies and terraces incorporated into each apartment and house.
