We have recently visited Home by Milestone, a new Passivhaus and sustainable building centre taking shape in Matlock, inside the beautifully converted Masson Mills. It's still developing, but there are already manufacturers and displays on site, giving you the chance to see products and ask questions.

We liked what we saw enough to become one of their architectural partners.

Rather than trying to describe a triple-glazed window or pointing you towards a product page, we can arrange a guided visit where you can see products for yourself, ask questions and get a proper feel for the materials and systems that could go into your home.

Construction is changing rapidly, with new materials and systems constantly being developed.
